DAB Building Contractors were founded in 1985 to service local building and maintenance requirements. The scope and experience of our company has increased in the intervening years and can perform any construction related task. We are fully registered with the national building council and respectively carry public and employer liability insurance to the value of ten million pounds.

We are an approved contractor for Caradon District Council Cornwall County Council Devon County Council MOD Serco HMS Defense Support NHS Plymouth Primary Care Trust Plymouth City Counci land Plymouth College of Further Education. Our work is carried out with pride and enthusiasm from all of our workforce. Contracts are handed over promply within an agreed period and invariably to a high standard of quality finish and workmanship.

Sympathetic restoration and alteration to sensative or listed buildings are a specialist undertaking which we have carried out successfully on many occasions.
