Case Study 1

The Lodge

This lodge house needed extensive renovation works throughout and external works including rebuilding of chimney stacks, new opening for windows and french doors including stone quin works, cotswold stone tiled roof, new oil supply, boiler, new kitchen, bathrooms and wet rooms x2. Floor finishes are natural slate and engineered oak floors,with a new oak staircase. the whole project was completed in 15 wks including new drainage and patio area. The Kitchen was supplied and fitted by us with wall tiles by fired earth.

Case Study 2

Hope Manor Farm Office building

This is a renovation project to turn a old stone barn into a smart office building. The project took 9 month to complete including planning application and building regulation approval, DHB building contractors did the complete renovation of the building including new roof timbers and using all of the old roof tiles,insulation, new windows and doors, internal structural steel works, new floors, new staircase, new toilet facilities including installation of sewerage treatment plant, data points, telephones, and roadworks including curbs and stormwater drainage.
