Case Study 1

New Build

The first image is of an 'L shaped' new build clad in stone. The client wanted a traditional farmhouse feel to the building but the convenience of underfloor heating

The property has five bedrooms; Bespoke farmhouse kitchen featuring a purpose made inglenook housing their range oven; Main living area featuring a vaulted ceiling with exposed beams and log burning stove; Five bedrooms, two ensuite; Luxury bathroom; dining room and utility room.

Example 2.

Here is an example of a two bedroomed extension we recently built.

The old farmhouse was thoroughly refurbished throughout to include a new electrical instalation and heating system; En-suite, WC and bathroom; Luxury fitted kichen and bathroom; New windows and doors; New porch and sun room; Internally sections of wall were hacked back to the original stonework, sand blasted and pointed to provide a feature to the new sun room and kitchen.
