Case Study 1

Bramhall Extension and Renovation

This project was undertaken for a couple who had just bought the property as a run down building to convert into their new dream family home.

As the main contractor we were responsible for all aspects of the construction project. We gave guidence on possible design and layout idea before bringing in our recommended architect. Once a detailed set of drawings were produced we issued a detailed specification to be worked to by all the sub contactors.

The project intailed a double storey side and single storey rear extention, major structural work to create an open plan living space, a full refurbishment of the property internally and externally.

Case Study 2

Hale Barns Kitchen Extension

This project was carried out for a family which was growing, with their 3 child on the way it was important to the clients that the job ran smoothly with very little for them to worry about. The client employed an architect to oversee the running of the project on their behalf.

Working closely with the architect we extended the rear of the property giving them a much larger family area. With open plan living important to the client we designed the areas to merge smoothly in to each space. With the addition Bi fold doors on to a large patio area we also managed draw the outside of the property in.

The scope of the project grew during the construction to include a new family bathroom and replaster of the hall stairs and landing. This was made possible with the cost saving that we managed to make during the project.
