Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks

Delta has undertaken new build and refurbishment projects and developments up to £12 million.

Despite the larger projects Delta would be happy to quote on your extensions refurbishments and alterations. We work predominantly in the Cardiff and the surrounding area but may consider projects further afield.

Delta is registered with the NHBC for new build warranties. We also hold NICEIC registration for domestic electrical work.

We can if required offer a design service either in house or via associated architects.

Delta purchased these two large Victorian semis as dilapidated bedsits. During a total refurbishment we replaced missing period features and added 2 bathrooms an en-suite and a luxury kitchen to each.
