Clent - Bungalow Conversion

In progress at present and nearly at completion;

Originally a 1950's square bungalow the client had plans drawn up for a complete renovation and extension. We are currently undergoing the build to form a 'two storey', or what is officially classed as an extensive loft conversion, to create three extra bedrooms to the upper level with full length glazing to the rear to make the most of the rural views.

Downstairs, the rear has aluminium folding concertina doors opening up the whole back of the house to a length of eight metres enhancing the new garden room and new kitchen / diner.

Second image is 'BEFORE' any work started and main image will be updated as work finishes.

Wraysbury - Two Storey Extension

This beautiful detached house in Wraysbury, built on the edge of the Thames river and also constructed on stilts to avoid flooding was extended on two stories. The project incorporated sourcing matching brick and was built on two stories to include a new open plan kitchen and lounge with a hot tub sunk into the new patio.
