Dudgeon Builders Ltd is a long established family run business with Lee now into his 25th year as a Master Builder.

As a firm we have the knowledge and trades available to enable us to undertake projects and see them through from planning stages to completion.

We have worked with Local Authorities building schools hospitals and industrial units where we pride ourselves in always finishing within budget and on time.

Dudgeon Builders Ltd won the Heavenly Builder award at the 2010 Master Builder of the Year Awards and also were awarded the Highly Commended Certificate for the second year running for outstanding workmanship in two separate renovation projects.

Some of our other projects include a listed 19th century barn conversion and the Park and Ride facility being developed on the A638 at Doncaster for South Yorkshire Passenger Transport Executive.

We are based in South Yorkshire but cover the whole of Yorkshire Humberside and the Midlands although we have worked as far as Scotland in order to complete a specialised project involving a listed barn conversion.

We are able to offer a full design and planning service with qualified architects and draughtsmen available.

Dudgeon Builders Ltd can also provide project management to see the job through from the initial planning stages through to completion and hand over of the project.

Case Study 1

Renovation and Conversion

This family home in Leeds was the subject of an extensive renovation.

The work included a new roofing system, additional bedrooms, a lounge, work areas, study, a bespoke kitchen and library and a solar room with sliding doors into the garden.

Dudgeon Builders received the Highly Commended Award in the FMB's Master Builder of the Year 2008 competition for the outstanding quality of the workmanship shown during this project and were also nominated for the Heavenly Builder award, an award which they won in 2010.

Case Study 2

Barn Conversion

The full renovation of The Barn Clough House Farm a 19th barn conversion.

Dudgeon Builders were responsible for the entire project from the groundworks and drainage to the interior finishes including a bespoke kitchen and staircase, solid Oak floors with underfloor heating and decoration throughout.

The barn also includes a Solar Room using argon filled 'K' glass panels to maximise the insulation and also reflect the heat and light.
