Welcome to E J Dayment Construction

E J Dayment is an East Devon based building firm, located in Colyton and has been successfully trading for over 28 years. Over the past 12 years all of our projects have been carried out for either existing clients or have been recommendations via word of mouth from clients and architects and in that time we have not advertised our business.

We have an established reputation for quality workmanship and professional project management throughout any work undertaken. We offer a prompt and reliable service from initial design consultation and working with architects and planning through to the completed project.

We specialise in new builds, extensions, alterations, repairs and landscaping. Our projects can be found across East Devon and viewings of completed work can be arranged for clients, alternatively references can be provided on request.

Colyton Business Park

Colyton Business Park was developed during 2008-2010. It is a small business park located on the outskirts of Colyton and consits of 9 business units.

Landscaped with fruit trees and seating areas the grounds blend with the surrounding countryside.

Each unit was built to high standards with stone and rendered block walls with cavity insualtion in both the walls, loft and floors.
