Case Study 1

The Assembly Rooms Fire Damage Repair Project

Due to fire damage, this building required a complete roof, gables and interior demolition. The  re-build was challenging due to the contractual terms being across commercial and private funding and a joint specification for the work. Value of approximately £200k.

Services included:

- Demolition and Stripping out
- Rebuilt gables, roof and dormers
- Damp proofing and tanking and full internal renovation.

The finished project provided an elegant, contemprary living space, iin addition to a completely re-structured roof and ceiling.

Case Study 2

Sinnington York Extension Project

The aim of this build was to create a seamless extension to an existing cottage, maxmising the space created whilst ensuring the property retained its unique character. The build presented a few challenges, mainly the fact that access to the back of the property was extremely difficult.

The finished product shows an extension which blends with the existing building, whilst doubling the floor-space of the house. The addition of four sets of windows means the area is light and airy, with the extra floorspace meaning this is a more comfortable house for the family to live and interact in.
