We do offer an architectual service from full drawings to final calculations. We also remain in regular contact with the local building inspector on bigger jobs arranging site visits throughout the job so on completion sign off by the local council is done quickly.
We cover all aspects of damp including dry rot rising damp underground waterproofing timber decay condensation and woodboring insects guaranteeing the work we carry out.
All necessary electrical work is signed off by our NICEIC registered electricians and all necessary plumbing/central heating work is signed off by our CORGI registered plumbers.
