Case Study 1

House conversion

Our recent house conversion in to a 5 flats. Elevations obtain planning permissions to extend the house for additional 165m2 including three level extension, full basement mansard and conservatory on third floor.

In the garden we build a grany flat with cedar cladding finished with a green roof.

All flats are finished to very high standard.

We designed and build all 5 flats.

Case Study 2

House refurbishment, Side extensions and L shape loft

We build a side extension and raised the floors at the rear to create more head room in the living room. This invlovled striping the house and changing the existing staircase. In the loft we created an L shape loft extension to create a bedroom, ensuite and a study area.

The house was finshed to a high standared with marble slabs as work surfaces.floor in the kitchen and the shower areas. We added a split airconditioning unit with an external condensing unit.
