Case Study 1

Refurbishment & extension North London

This terraced property in Finchley was refurbished to form a contemporary living space. The kitchen was extended to the side and rear, involving removing the walls of the existing rear addition and temporarily suporting the structure while new steel beams were inserted.

Internally the property was fuly refurbished, featuring bespoke spray painted joinery in the bathroom and cloakroom.

The completed project was featured in Open House London in 2011.

House refurbishment in Camden

This five storey terraced house was fully refurbished including a new zinc roof, damp-proofing the basement, complete renewal of plumbing and electrical services, drainage repairs, plastering, decorations and fitting new kitchen and bathrooms.

The existing sash windows were retained and overhauled.
