We are a Building firm based in North London with over 10 years experience. We specialise in extensions loft conversions new build refurbishments and general building works. We are a friendly and reliable firm who will undertake most building projects.

We are experienced in both domestic and commericlal contracts. We believe that the client should always have an imput into the development of all projects as it can be an anxious time during building works.

Case Study 1

Mercers Road N19

The works involved on this project included a complete refurbishment and a loft conversion. The client's are professional people and had specific taste on the works required. The property moved from one bathroom to two ensuites, one WC and one shower room in the loft. We created two extra bedrooms, the loft also featured a full length balcony with bi-fold doors. The kitchen was completely overhauled and finished with fitted appliances and 24 kitchen units with granite worktops.The living room was left open plan with a glass panel allowing light to flow from the living room onto the stairwell which opened up to the loft. The stairs to the 2nd floor was removed and a stairs was fitted to the balcony on the 2nd floor. The stairs to the master bedroom was an open string Oak stairs with a glass balustrade and chrome fittings. The master bedroom when finished was based on the entire 2nd floor which included a walk in wardrobe on two sides and the ensuite with a shower and bath, with shutters covering the windows. The loft has views stretching from Archway Tower to Hampstead and overlooking London City. A second balcony was included on the 2nd floor on bedroom's one's roof where we fitted decking and seating around the metal fence overlooking the rear garden

Case Study 2

St George's Road Enfield

This project involved a rear extension. We removed the existing wall from the garage to remove all the excavation materials and to bring all the materials through for the building works. The extension was built at the side and rear of the property. The works required 2 RSJ's to be fitted both on the side of the building and the rear of the house to carry the existing 1st floor, opening up the whole rear of the building. The kitchen was fitted to one side of the extension beneath a 1200mm x 1200mm sky light. A downstairs WC and a office room were also created in the huge space created by the building works. Once finished the kitchen included an island with the fitted kitchen completed with granite work tops. The garage was converted into a play area for their young family. The rear of the property was laid out with 450mm x 450mm slabs with steps to both the rear garden and the dropped patio where the bi-fold doors opened up the kitchen to the garden
