We undertake work in the London area mainly the South East.

Our typical work would be extentions loft conversions structural alterations brick work plastering joinery tiling. All aspects of the building trade. We also undertake insurance works.

Case Study 1

loft conversion This project consist's of of loft conversion with dormer in the Greenwich conservation area. Specialist work to remove the asbestos tiles then the removal of the entire roof. To then re-install all new roof rafters the construction of a dorma which will be clad totally in lead. To refelt baton and tile the roof keeping in charactor with the existing area. Structually there have been 3 steel beams installed for stability and re-plumbing of the new loft space. It will be rewired by completion and have an hand made staircase finished pictures will be posted in the coming weeks.
