We specialise in the construction of VERY energy efficient homes which usually incorparate the following features as standard! - rain water harvesting systems air to air heat pumps suppling hot water and heating heat exchangers exceptionally high levels of insulation central vacuum systems and very very low heating bills!Due to work loads we will usually stick to north devon/north Cornwall/mid Devon areas...but do ask! We can either design your new home or work from your own prepared drawings. New house at Barnstaple This new home was built on a former tennis court on the out skirts off Barnstaple DevonIt made best use of a small site with sunny outlook also incorparated in this project were heat exchangers small condensing boiler central vacuuming system and full landscaping.This project was a 10 week build this is our normal time span!
