Case Study 1

Detached new build house and garage - Bath

New build 'Bath stone' detached house with basement, garden and double garage with ensuite accommodation above.

Built on the corner of a small lane, construction had to be well planned starting with contiguous pile foundations to support the highways and neighbours garden.

The finished house was nominated by Bath and Northeast Somerset Council's 'Building Control Department' for their local design and build award.

Case Study 2

Double story extension - Bath

Fully remodelled and modernized house and garden in Bath. Double story extension included large family room downstairs and master bedroom en-suite upstairs, with the conservatory dismantled and re-installed on the new extension.

Stepped groundworks and retaining walls were required for this house and the garden, it being on a hillside, quite typical of Bath. The entire inside was reconfigured to add space with new wetroom/bathroom and fitted kitchen and utility.

Built from reconstituted bath stone. New french doors and decking to rear.
