Grainbeck Manor

Forming part of a residence in Killinghall just on the

outskirts of Harrogate Hg1 Property Solutions

converted a small kitchen that was never adequate

for a property of this size and character. We

reconfigered the layout giving almost three times the

original space by taking down walls and making one

room that felt combined as a kitchen diner which was

our main task. We succeeded in this and as you

can see from the photographs the results are

fantastic!

Case Study 2

High Houses

High Houses are two cottages converted into one.

Built in 1893 these cottages have undergone years of

alterations. It was Hg1 Property Solutions job to bring

this property into the 21st centuary whilst

maintaining its original charm and character.
