Duke Shore Wharf This project was a refurbishment which included completely fitting out 2 new bathrooms one with wetroom relocation of previous boiler to loft to be supported on a newly built structually sound platform which held the weight of 2 megaflow systems and a large coffin tank supported above megaflows almost half a ton in weight had to be supported over existing floor joists (building control signed works off fully) we also installed new false ceilings throughout reconfigured bedrooms and redocerated completely aswell as re-wiring and additional complex lighting and under floor heating.

Sunbury House Sunbury house prjoect was a complete refurbishment including structual elements.

The property was handed to us in a complete mess as you can see by the pictures below the scope of the works were as follows: Expand opening into kitchen by installing RSJ re-level flooring re-plaster re-configure both bedrooms and create veneered wardrobes complete re-wire complete re-plumb and new GCH system new kitchen solid hardwood flooring imported from Amsterdam (very expensive stuff) complete re-decoration and many many more things.
