Homestyles Ltd are a family run business who have been established since 1997. We pride ourselves in maintaining an excellent standard of workmanship on all projects be that large or small. As memebers of the FMB we are checked regularly on our standards of work, and can offer a ten year guarantee on all large projects, and our own two year guarantee on smaller ones.

Englefield Road N1

Englefield Road was a big refurbishment in Islington for one of our many developers, we were engaged to carryout all works which also included the project management of several sub contractors.

The project started in October 2009 and finished in September 2010.

The total cost of the refurbishment came to £117,000.00 and the house was sold for £1,650,000.00 giving a profit of £240,000.00
