Conversion
An old office area at the rear of the property was not being used for much due to its run down state.
We cleared the site and removed the old wood fire place and canopy as seen in picture one. The entire room was stripped out and a new fire place surround was built with a wood fire fitted.
All the walls surrounding the fireplace was fitted with bookshelves and a TV unit was integrated on the side as per picture two.
All windows were removed and new windows were made to match the existing as it was an old building.
The old flooring was removed and 22mm Oak flooring was laid with solid oak skirting.
All radiators and pipe work was replaced with new. A new ceiling was fitted and re insulated throughout and a new lighting system was fitted.
To the rear of the room was a small storage room which was stripped out and a new dividing wall was built which enabled us to fit a walk through closet room leading into a top spec bathroom with a large 1.5m x .9m walk in shower.
On the dividing wall the client had a cupboard double bed fitted.
The room has now been transformed into a Luxury living room area for my client who is now able to offer it to guests that come and stay as a private room / living room / bathroom area.
