Have had an inspection on a job in progress on joining and on a completed development every three years thereafter
Has a minimum of twelve months trading
Have passed credit checks, public record and director checks
At least two references have been provided for Intex Interiors Ltd, one client reference (preferably from a work in progress) and one professional reference
Public and employer liability insurance (if applicable)
VAT registration (if applicable)
Confirmation of business address/details
