Refurbishment in Tooting SW London To whom it may concernJB Builders undertook major work for us in the summer of 2007 involving landscaping of a garden raising the level of an extension roof taking out a window and replacing this with sliding doors installing a new boiler system replacing a French door with a window and stripping a brick fireplace in the kitchen back to enable us to install a cooker into that space. The work also involved fitting new electric sockets and re-plastering as well as other sundry work around the house involving roofing and drainage work.We are very happy to recommend JB Builders on the basis of our experience of using them for this job and would be happy to use them again ourselves for future work. They approached our job in a very professional fashion bringing in people with suitable skills to undertake the different elements. We particularly appreciated the clear pricing of jobs and the way in which Jon and Michael were open to our questions requirements and suggestions. Communication with us was always very good.Inevitably with any building project there can be unexpected problems or issues to address. Jon and Michael dealt with these in a very professional way listening to our concerns and proposing constructive and realistic solutions. Perhaps most importantly we were confident that they would see the job through properly and found them always honest straightforward and trustworthy with us.
