At least two references have been provided for J C's Trades, one client reference (preferably from a work in progress) and one professional reference
Public and employer liability insurance (if applicable)
VAT registration (if applicable)
Confirmation of business address/details
J C's Trades has agreed to abide by the FMB Disputes Resolution and Complaints Procedures
Has signed up to the FMB Code of Practice

Complete property refurbishment including basement and loft conversion

This home investment project required our quality workmanship throughout a 4 month period which included:

loft conversion extension;
basement refit - shower, stud, gym, utility and cinema rooms;
kitchen and bathroom remodelling;
construction of new suspended ceiling, partitions;
rendering, plastering, skimming, decorating, painting walls, ceilings;
Basement electrical rewiring and extending the existing electrical installation;
adjusting the old plumbing or installing new pipework;
heating installation;
tiling walls, floor;
bi-fold doors, windows installations, other carpentry jobs such as cupboards and cinema TV recess;
