Member Profile

We carry out all building works including New Builds Extensions Loft Conversions and Refurbishments. We also carry out small works such as porches and garages. We cover the whole of the Kent area and can carry out any contract up to Â£2m. We are fully insured and also NHBC registered and a member of the NFB.

Case Study 1

House Refurbishment Sevenoaks

This was a house refurbishment which we carried out at Sevenoaks Kent. The works included stripping out the existing building including all electrics plumbing kitchen bathrooms removing the existing ceilings. We then installed structural steelwork new electrics a new central heating system and boiler new hot and cold plumbing supplies replastered the whole property replaced the existing windows and doors with new timber double glazed finished in white second fixed the property including bathrooms and fitted a new kitchen. We also fully decorated the property and completed all tiling works to the wet rooms. We also constructed a small porch to the front of the house.

Case Study 2

New Build Detached House

This is a new detached house we are currently building at Ashford. There was an existing double garage on the site which we had to remove. The foundations to this house were over 2metres deep due to the ground conditions. We have constructed the house using brick and block with a block and beam suspended ground floor timber first floor and a truss rafter roof. White upvc double glazing has been fitted and all of the first fix plumbing and electrics have been installed. We are currently at plastering stage.
