Case Study 1

Kitchen refurbishment

This customer approached us for a free quote. He needed to update his current kitchen. We sent our director round to visit the premises where he helped the client to design a new layout of kitchen which involved removing a doorway and altering all the pipework for the appliances to be re-positioned. Our client had visited various places looking at kitchens but as always we had a supply of brochures for him to look through. We provided a sketch of what the new layout would look like and the client chose the units and appliances he would like. We quoted for the work giving him a quote on his different options that were available to him. Our client was happy with our quote and we commenced work 6 weeks later. There was a lot of work involved in running new pipework etc to suit the new layout of the kitchen. All the work was carried out by our employees so there were no delays in getting contractors in to do the electrics and gas etc.

We left this client a couple of weeks later with a fully functional kitchen with which he was extremely happy and of course we advised him of his 2 year guarantee on all our work. He also invited us back to do his recent loft conversion.
