Case Study 1

Bespoke Extension The extension below was very unusual as part of the weight bearing roof sits on a 100mm x 100mm corner post. The steel work involved within the roof space was very complex to achieve the look of glass flowing right through the new extension. numerous meetings with the building inspector and the structuiral engineer took place before we had the go ahead to start this project. Once all parties were happy the build went really smoothly. We also constructed the patio and walling to the side of the extension.

Case Study 2

Dormer Conversion and Block Paving This is a dormer conversion we carried out. With all older buildings you must be sympathetic to the existing materials . It is essential to integrate new building materials with the existing hydraulic lime this system prevents the new building from failing at a later stage. We also installed a new block paved drive. We have a lot more different projects that have been completed with photographic evidence.
