Carman Close
This large extension project transformed a what used to be a very ordinary 3 bedroom house into an impressive and spacious 4 bedroomed luxury home. Through very careful material selection and skilled craftmanship we were able to ensure the property retained its original style but developed enormous kerb appeal.
The project involved the demolition of a small side extension, followed by the construction of a large 2 storey side extension, along with extending the first floor to the front elevation. Internally the space created one additional bedroom with en-suite, two enlarged bedrooms, one with an ensuite, a ground floor study and a wonderfully spacious kitchen and dining room. To finish the effect we installed new roof tiles to the front elevation which really created the look of a brand new house.
