Double Garage Conversion

GARAGE CONVERSION INTO OFFICE & PLAY ROOM.

WE CONVERTED THE EXISTING GARAGE BY LIFTING THE FLOOR, EXTENDING HEATING AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEM, NEW ACCESS VIA MAIN HOUSE AND UPVC WINDOWS TO REPLACE GARAGE DOOR . CLIENT ASKED FOR A CLOAK/SHOWER ROOM TO BE ADDED TO MAKE A GRANNY FLAT £10000

A two story extension with two wet rooms with a porcelain tiles wet room

We built the ground floor study utility master bedroom & ensuite extension within 3 months Clients asked for two wet rooms for wheel chair access which was finished in a stone tile to floor and walls new electrics and an extension to the up graded GCH system. References available on request

Roof was finished in tile we added new high quality double glassing and insulated the walls floor and ceiling above current requirements.

Two brick bonds were used to match the front and rear of the old property to tie the new extension in. We had drawing made and submitted to BC and Planning.
