James Regan Construction Ltd. take pride in offering a first class building package all under one roof including applying for planning permission providing a design by an RIBA registered Architect if required through to building by trained tradesmen and sourcing and procuring fixtures and fittings saving you both time and money.

Alternatively you may have your own Architect and consultants that you would prefer us to work with either way we know without doubt that our success depends on the recommendation of satisfied clients and we strive to achieve the best possible results whether you just want a small extension or a major refurbishment. All our clients are important to us and you can count on us not to let you down. We are always more than happy to provide references.

James Regan can often be found on site working alongside out team of tradesmen all of whom have worked together for many years ensuring consistent quality of workmanship on all our projects.

James is always accessible to his clients and if he happens to be up on a roof with drill in hand and unable to talk you can always contact our office where friendly staff will always be able to help. There will never be a situation where you are unable to get hold of the builder!

Although only established in 2002 we have already won two Merit Awards in the FMB Master Builder of the Year 2007 and 2008 along with the London Region Waste Minimisation Award 2008. We treat all the projects we carry out as potential award winners.

2007 also saw us win the London Region Apprentice of the Year in the FMB Master Builder of the Year. Training young people in the trade of their choice is close to James's heart since he believes that by doing so we can not only give a young person a trade that they can be proud of but also that trained tradesmen continue to be employed in the industry and that good quality workmanship continues.

Case Study 1

Elsworthy rd

A complete refurbishment inclusive of 2 extension to maisonette in NW3. The project involved substantial structual works to support upper floors of property with 2 tenants in occupation above the works.

Good contemporary design by architect. 24 week contract. All works completed by JRCL. £300000.00 contract value. tendered contract.

This project was awarded a Merit Award for the London Region in 2007 Master Builder of the Year Contract.

Garden works also undertaken - again contemporary design value £51000.00. 8week contract on garden works.

Case Study 2

3 Flat to 1 Flat refurbishment

3 apartments on 2 different floorswere converted into one apartment of this multi storey building in E14 on 4th and 5th floor.

Access to site was achieved by scaffolding and lift erected to outside of building to ensure minimum disruption to other residents in the block.

Good design created light airy family home with contemporary finishes - We won an FMB Builder of the Year Merit Award for this project in 2008 along with the London Region Waste Minimisation Award.
