Case Study 1

New Build House, near Lichfield

We were employed to demolish the existing building and construct a new dwelling.

The works also involved converting a grade 2 listed outbuilding which has been incorporated into the dwelling, designing and constructing a new two storey oak structure to the front of the property and attaching a new strucutral glass conservatory to the rear to make the most of the views over the adjacent lake.

Works were completed late 2010.

Case Study 2

Domestic Extensions

We have vast experience in carrying out doemstic extensions and refurbishments ranging from large singel storey extensions to complete house renovations and large double or treble storey extensions. We are able to offer a full design service from inception through to completion including all drawing preparation.

The photos show a large single storey rear extension comprising three sets of large aluminium bi-fold glazed doors and glazed roof to form sun-room, family room extension and new kitchen.

Works were complete summer 2011.
