D R Jenner This company carried out building work on my behalf for a new three bedroom property in Skerne near Driffield of aprox 1200 sq feet. The property ia a brick built with pantile roof. Work carried out by this company included brick & block work roofing plastering to building regulations and drawings provided. All work was carried out in a good clean and workman like way and produced a sound result and complimented upon by the building inspector. Mrs A Sheilds Jonathan Dixon Builders Ltd have completed a number of jobs at our house- and old chalk cottage in need of renovation-including replacing windows & french doors/removal of the outer skin of the front wall inserting damp proof membrane & re-building using both chalk & brick/ dry linning & re-plastering a room inside the house. Jon intitially was very aproachable & friendly. He was knowledgable & was able to give us sound advice on how to progress the work. All quotations were given in writing & a contract drafted as to exactly what work was to be completed. Therefore there was no ambiguity as to what work was to be carried out.
