We are mainly involved in general building work and over the years we have undertaken all types of construction from repairs maintenance alterations and refurbishments to large extensions and new buildings including speculative homes. A large amount of our work is undertaken on existing buildings and recently we have been appointed a number of contracts on listed or historically important buildings involving traditional techniques. We mainly operate in North West Wales covering a radius of about 30 miles from Caernarfon. We currently employ carpenters joiners bricklayers plasterers and labourers. All the others staffing requirements are sub contracted as and when required. These sub contractors are regularly appointed on different contracts and are fully vetted by ourselves. All our operatives are fully qualified and experienced at the level at which they operate in both technical ability and health and safety matters. In 2005 we achieved the Investor in People status as a recognition of the level of support training and development we provide.
