2 storey extension and full refurbishment

We purchased this property in Sevenoaks and had the pleasure of completely remodelling and extending it - something that had not been done since 1939 when it was first built, Two bathrooms, open-plan kitchen and living space, with oak flooring and LED lighting. Front and rear land-scaping completed the transformation.

Case Study 2

Complete refurbishment and extensions to Plaxtol home

This 1950's bungalow had been poorly extended into the roof space in the 1980's. We completely stripped out all finishes and 90% of the walls, and remodelled the layout with a new steelwork supporting structure, and front and rear extensions. This created a four bedroom, three bathroom home, with large open living spaces. New oak and tiled flooring throughout, together with a new pressurised plumbing system, and a modern electrical installation. All Project Managed by Josephs, and completed to the agreed Client's moving in date.
