About us
Kingston Construction is based in Barnstaple, North Devon. The company was established in 1987 By David Wilkinson and Ian Beer and traded as a partnership until 2002, when the partnership was incorporated and became a limited company
In 2003 David Berryman joined the company, Ian has since left the company. Both of the Dave's remain directors and are readily available should you wish to contact them.
Kathy looks after the accounts from home and is also responsible for the wages. Gemma is in the office and sources larger items to purchase and deals with the paperwork from sites amongst other things.
Our main work consists of New Build Houses and Luxury Apartments, Barn Conversions, Extensions and Renovations. Our projects vary greatly in value, regularly working on contracts between £500,000 and 1 million pounds. We do also undertake smaller works such as new garages, extensions etc.
Kingston Construction has achieved Investors in People Status and has recently become members of the Considerate Constructors Scheme, complementing our long term registration with the Federation of Master Builders, NHBC and Construction Skills
