Lexa work in close collaboration with clients and sub-contractors from the design stages of the project and aid in value engineering to save money and offer advice and guidance. Our client’s benefit from our knowledge and experience as main contractors and specialist requirements can be tailored from the beginning. Our experienced site managers are highly trained to ensure the project runs to schedule.

Our established relationships with suppliers and sub-contractors alike means that project teams can be assembled quickly with co-ordination being tightly managed at all stages to ensure efficient completion of each task. We are a solution-orientated company and strive to directly liaise with all involved in the project from architects to engineers and local authorities.

Case Study 1

Rose Cottage

Extension and refurbishment of a 100 year old cottage from a two bed to a four bed three bath property.

It was vital that the client was closely involved at every stage of development. Working with the architect our multi-talented team were able to take the various ideas from the customer and convert them into reality.

Lexa were involved in every aspect of building and decorating and the final outcome was a stunning home which surpassed the clients expectations (their words not ours!).

Case Study 2

Children's Nursery

This project is the first of a number of new nurseries planned by the client. Lexa worked closely with the customer's appointed architect to ensure that all aspects of the building designs were adhered to. In addition Lexa had complete control over all subsequent building work from groundwork to final decorating.

Once completed Lexa were both pleased and proud to hear that this building had been nominated for the 'Best Childrens Nursery' Award 2006.
