LJH Building Services have been building a reputation as extremely reliable builders producing work to a very high standard.

We work very closely with our customers to ensure the finished product is exactly, if not better than how they imagined it. All of our staff, from employees to sub contractors has worked with us over many years completing many projects of various sizes.

Every sub contractor we use has their own public liability insurance as well as being covered by my own.

Case Study 1

Double extension and garage

This was a double extension and new garage. The garage and house were built at two levels requiring retaining walls to be built in the garage.

The extension contained a new double room with en-suite. Downstairs we extended the kitchen and installed a new shower room. There was also a study.

The customers were extremely happy with the finished result:

Case Study 2

Flat refurbishment

This was a complete refurbishment of a two bedroom flat situation on The Warwickshire Golf course.

The project involved new kitchen, new bathroom, new wet room, all new wooden flooring, complete decoration and partial rewire. The entire flat has electric under-floor heating We had to remove a wall separating kitchen from front room installing a 7 meter long steel beam weighing in excess of 600lbs! This was a challenge in itself.

During the project the customer was abroad for 80% of the time. We communicated via email and calls, sometimes sending pictures to get his opinion when more than one choice was available.
