Member Profile

At London Building Renovation we care about the details. Our passion is the housing stock of the Victorian and Edwardian period. We take pride in using period correct materials and detailing and prefer to restore wherever possible. We are experienced building and roofing contractors with a history of tackling difficult projects, alongside more mainstream building.

In addition to membership of the FMB we are members of the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (with whom we are registered solar panelling installers), FENSA registered window installers, and all skilled operatives have undertaken training at the VELUX Academy. We are particularly proud to have recently been accepted as a Team Icopal Approved Contractor. Icopal are an international flat roof product manufacturer. In conjunction with them we are able to offer a manufacturers’ guarantee on most flat roof installations.

We undertake our own drawings for planning applications and will be pleased to provide you with a price for our design and build services.

Case Study 2

Our shop, company and logo

Last year we took over a shop front premises for our company in the conservation area of Harrow on the Hill.

The partners have just completed the SMSTS - Site Manager's Safety Training course and we are currently undergoing a complete re-train of our entire workforce, ensuring that everyone reaches a minimum of an NVQ2 in their chosen discipline.

A more recent addition to the skill base, is the acquisition of the American Iron Man, which works in conjuction with the Mustang guttering system. This is the only seamless aluminum guttering system to carry full BBA approval and it produces seamless lengths of up to 30m, that is guaranteed for 20 years.
