Domestic Extension-Holcombe Brook, Bury

Six bi-fold doors and some rather large pieces of steel made this a challenging extension. Completed within contract time and price, the client was extremely satisfied with the works, and we do regular work for the whole family.

Stone Built extension-Penistone, sheffield

A close friend, Jim Dawson forced me to take on this project stating 'I need you for this Mike, i know you will do the job right'

what could i say?

This project provided several challenges. First was the split level arrangement of the existing property. then there was the little problem of the site being of historical interest, leading to archaeologists having to be on site during the excavation. then a further headache was complying with insulation requirements as Jim wanted to maximise the veiw accross the fields. finally, a rather large and very heavy reclaimed sandstone head for the window.

Again and as usual completed on time and in budget, Jim and i remain great friends!
