Case Study 1

DETATCHED STONE 3 BED NEW BUILD

This project started out as a plot of land behind a cottage for our customer . We were the main contractor involved in all aspects of the build from Ground Works to Roofing.

It is a 3 bed detatched house with integral garage to the front of the property.

BUNGALOW EXTENSION

This project started out as a 2 bed bungalow which we were asked to strip off the roof and build up allowing for further bedrooms to be added in roofspace.

We worked closely with other trades supplied by the owner. There were lots of alterations made to the interior for a totally new layout including space for new staircase.

A garage was added to the side of building.

We built up a very good bond with the customer giving him design advice and helping them get the most out of space they had.
