Member Profile

Founded in 2005 by Matt Fitch and Sean OConnor, MS Projects has grown from strength to strength. Our main goal was to raise the standard of construction and remove the stereo typical image of a building company. Drawing on 40 years of combined expertise we have now created a specialist team of British multiskilled technicians who have the ability to develop quicker with a more integrated product than any other building company. Utilising the same staff from foundations to completion means your projects are never held up waiting for trades and minimizing disruption.

We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and have been inspected and accepted onto their National Register of Warranted Builders. We are also well established with several Local Authority building control departments.

Our aim is to create new spaces which add to the quality of living for the client, through either extending or renovating. We can turn your initial ideas into reality, guiding your through the design and planning application stages. We can accurately quote for your project with fixed pricing , giving you peace of mind financially.

Case Study 1

Porchester House

Working with a local architect, MS Projects was contracted to build this extension on a house over looking Porchester. The existing home was lacking in lounge space and the clients wanted a fourth bedroom. He came up with a scheme to wrap an extension around the house providing the additional space needed.

The house was a difficult site to work with minimal frontage and a steep sloping garden. The house bricks are unusual and where discontinued 5 yrs ago. MSP managed to track down just enough bricks from a garden centre in Ireland to complete the job, much to the customers amazement. The site was hard but we remained on time and in budget.

The finished design now allows some of the best views along the south coast.

Case Study 2

Compton House

The clients brief was to double the size of the property while providing a large full width balcony to the rear. The house was completely gutted and modernised to a high standard. Features included mains pressure water system, computer controlled under heating throughout, Bespoke kitchens, bathrooms etc, oak floors, slate tiling to balcony, the list is endless.

This project involved every aspect of modern day building. MS Projects completed the project in a fast time utilising their own experienced labour.
