The Award Winning Lawn Cottage In Somerset.

Lawn Cottage was the complete re-build of a ruined Cottage on a large Country Estate the Cottage had been empty since the 1950's and had never had a vehicular road to access it.

Upon completion in 2007 Maidment & Carter Ltd were proud to be awarded the FMB South West Regional Winners of Category 3 Medium Renovation Projects in the annual FMB Master Builder of the year Awards.

The Client said 'this was a trouble free project and the skilled craftsmen were always cheerful he said they were all stars and the building is something to be proud of.

The site was kept tidy work progressed well and any problems were dealt with quickly professionally and amicably.
