Case Study 1

The Brecon Minehead

New build: Four bedroom chalet bungalow erected in former garden plot. This project was fully managed and constructed by ourselves and was sold prior to completion. Marun Construction was awarded Highly Commended Master Builder of the Year by FMB for this new build project.

Case Study 2

Renovation Extension and Conservatory

Marun Construction carried out this project as sub-contractors to the main developer. This involved demolition of existing flat roof extension erection of new extension and conservatory and renovation of existing cottage. Images show the cottage prior to commencement and the project nearing completion.
