Hello we are a small building company who think big! We are big enough to deliver on our commercially based ethos yet we are small enough to really care.
We specialise in residential projects between £20k and £1million. Our area of expertise is within the refurbishment sector undertaking domestic loft conversions, extensions, basement conversions and refurbishment works. We also undertake small new build projects (less than 10 dwellings) and small commercial projects (less than £1million).
We recognise that potential clients are looking for 3 things - Dependability, Economy and Integrity. Our Service Level Statement (available upon request) clearly lays out our service level performance and ethos and our Price Guarantee (also available upon request) demonstrates how clients will never ever be caught out by any financial surprises if we undertake a project for them. Apart from offering comprehensive building services across all trades we also undertake all architectural work such as planning applications and building regs applications along with structural engineering and quantity surveying services. What this essentially means is that we are able to offer a complete service from the initial inspiration and design right up to completion. You give us your ideas and a few months later we will hand you a set of keys to your newly completed loft conversion / extension / basement conversion / refurbished home / office / shop / etc. The benefits of this system are threefold - reduced cost to you, one point of contact, and most importantly no deferment of blame. We squarely and unerringly take on the full responsibility of delivering your project to your satisfaction on budget and on time.
