We specialise exclusively in Loft Conversion and have done so for the past 22 years. Any size conversion is within our remit and our area of operation is South South East and South West London extending into most of Kent and parts of Sussex. We employ all our own people and provide a full service to secure both planning and building regulation approvals. Every project is managed by our Building Manager.

Case Study 1

Loft Conversion

This three bedroom semi detached property had the roof shape altered by removing the roof hip extending the ridge building up the gable wall and forming a rear Dormer extension for one large bedroom and an en-suite shower-room. French doors and a false cast iron balcony were included as a design feature.
