Case Study 1

Mallardview Newtownards

A single storey rear
extension and two storey side extension built off the existing
garage which required strengthening of the existing structure.
The rear extension involved the removal of the ground floor
external walls and use of structural steel.  The extension
and part of the existing premises then formed a large
multi-functional, open plan living space for the client.
An upgrade of all electrical and mechanical items within
the property was completed.  Internal works included
refurbishment of existing dwelling including new hardwood
doors, frames, skirting, a new kitchen and internal decoration.
All works were carried out whilst the premises were unoccupied
and to an extremely high standard.

Case Study 2

Grangeville Finaghy

Demolition of an
existing extension which was replaced with a new single storey
extension with vaulted ceiling.  Electric roof lights were fitted
allowing for additional natural lighting in the kitchen/dining area.
Folded, sliding hardwood and glass doors were fitted to the
rear of the extension again allowing for natural lighting.  The
extension was built with Belfast brick and the roof covering
was finished with Melborne slate.  A new kitchen was fitted
along with internal decoration and floor tiling.  The extension
provided a large open plan kitchen/dining space for the family
to enjoy.  Externally new decking was fitted from the extension
leading to the rear garden.  All works were completed to an
exceptional standard whilst the property was occupied
