Move Up Lofts is a family owned loft conversion business.  Despite specialising in lofts with over 50 years construction experience on the management team we are more than happy to quote not only for your loft but any other domestic works such as extensions, cellar or garage conversions.

We offer a full design and build service and will deal with everything from design to completion, as well as handling any issues with building inspectors or planning as necessary.

Case Study 1

Dringhouses - York

Loft conversion to a 3 bed semi which incorporated a new master bedroom, en-suite bathroom and dressing room.

This was achieved by putting a gable on a hipped roof, as well as a full width dormer to gain the maximum amount of space and head height possible within permitted development.  We dealt with all construction works except for the plumbing as the client supplied this himself.
