Case Study 1

Garage Conversion and New Flat Roof This garage conversion was carried out for a customer requiring a downstairs shower room and wc together with a large utility area. A matching bay window to the existing front window was added with hung tile detail. All work carried out in compliance with Buiding Regulations including insulated new roof drainage etc.

Case Study 2

Rear Extension with Feature Vaulted Ceiling This extension was achieved by opening up the rear of this property to gain an extensive kitchen and lounging area giving great views of the garden.All carpentry for the roof was carried out on site and structured so that a large vaulted ceiling with four velux roof lights could be installed. A box gutter in lead had to be installed to the valley and re-claimed hung tiles to match existing house roof were used to blend in on the front fascia. Outside lanscaping was to be completed by customer.We are able to carry out re-roofs including all carpentry flat roofs and repairs.We offer an emergency call out service are fully insured and have 30 years experience.All work is guaranteed.
