This property is owned by the investment arm of a large high street building society.

It was ransacked by squatters and the photographs don't even begin to describe the damage internally.

Case Study 2

Floods of 2007

Who can forget the devastation caused by the flash floods of 2007? Certainly not the owners of this property just outside Newark.

The ground floor was covered by fast flowing water up to a foot deep and suffered substantial damage to the fabric of the buiding.

The job took 4 months to dry out and a further 4 months to complete the re-furb.

The owners took the opportunity to modernise with a new bespoke kitchen fireplace etc.

The photographs tell it all!
