Case Study 1

Dormer Loft Conversion on a semi-detached house

Our clients and customers have often asked for advice on ways to add significant value to their homes. A loft conversion boosts house prices, but we always tell our customers - 'Don't move, just improve.' The following case study is a dormer loft conversion undertaken in 2010. Total completion took 6 weeks from start to finish.

This conversion met building regulations and we had a great relationship with the client’s architect and structural engineer and the local building authority. The following pictures reveal the completed exterior and the en-suite, complete with Mega flow system. Adding another storey can be very rewarding.

Network Team Limited follows all rules and regulations on all projects. In this case 'fire precautions' was a priority, Upgrading fire resistance of existing ceilings and doors. High levels of insulation kept the extension warm in winter and prevented over heating in the summer.
