Garden Design September 2008

Dear Malcolm

We would like to thank you for the exceptionally high quality of work carried out on our garden recently. The work involved a complete redesign and landscape of the garden including a large decking area patio lawn fencing and border areas. This was carried out with the utmost professionalism and dedication resulting in a garden that exceeded our expectations - we can't wait for Spring to arrive to be able to spend more time in it!

We have been recommending you to everyone we know and can say with complete honesty that we wouldn't think of using anyone else when we're ready to start having work done on the house. We would advise anyone looking for a property developer to look no further than Malcolm - they can't possibly get any better than this!

Thank you so much.

Kelsey & David Ambergate

Refurbishment 2008

Work commenced in March 2008 to refurbish this 1960s bungalow. Our work included structural repairs to the external brickwork where cracking was present due to damaged drains following ingress of tree roots.

The repairs where carried out by our approved Helifix installers.

The drains where then repaired and new pipework installed.

Other external work included new windows fascias and soffits. New guttering and downpipes and gereral landscaping work to the front and rear gardens.

Internal work included Complete re-wire new contempory kitchen and bathroom replacment doors re-plastering skirting and architraves.

The property was completly re-decorated and carpeted throughout before returning to the open market where it acheived a quick sale.

The Photo's show the rear elevation before and after our work.
